In a little under a week, I'll be attending the Summer Composition Workshop at the UMKC Conservatory! While there, I will work individually with a professor mentor, and one of my original pieces may be performed in a free concert next Friday. I didn't think that I would be able to attend due to money issues, but I recently received a $400 scholarship in the mail for the camp. :D
In other news, I am now placing my work on YouTube piece by piece. I found that other people were putting my songs on there and getting around 100,000 views, and that has prompted me to explore this new venue.
