EDIT: Thanks to the generous donations of a friend and SpikeVallentine, I have purchased the keyboard and received it today! I am really excited to compose with this, and I thank those who contributed and allowed me to make this purchase. :) God is good.

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas! Mine was wonderful; spending time with my family was fantastic, and I received several generous gifts (such a new razor to shave with!). I now have $100 to put toward a MIDI Controller and am saving. A MIDI Controller would be invaluable to my composing. It would speed up the creative process exponentially and help me to put out more music faster. I would no longer have to point and click for every note. I would also have increased control over all aspects of production.

The keyboard I am looking at features 88 weighted keys, 9 sliders, 24 rotating nobs, several programmable buttons, two mod wheels, and a display screen. It is incredible and is practically everything I want in a controller. It retails at $600 and is now on sale for $300!

I am $200 short. I am in high school and have no job and no car. Composing is my passion, and this MIDI Controller would be an immeasurable blessing. If at all possible, please help me to realize this goal! Even a few dollars would be great.
